Energy Industry
Operational residence service at the Milan DC and availability.
The service provides daily operational support, management guidance and proactive verification on configurations, patching and SPOC towards HW/SW support on remote control project infrastructure spread across thirteen (13) locations.

• Infrastructure - each location is structured by two (2) racks with the following systems:
  - #2 MX7000s, each configured as follows:
     a. #4 MX5108N
     b. #5 MX740 with VMware
     c. #2 MX740 with Hyper-V
     d. #4 S4148T switches
  - #2 Compellent SC5020 Storage in replication with each other.
• Customer assistance with operational responsibility and daily administration activities;
• Operational responsibility for infrastructure related to configuration, provisioning, maintenance, monitoring and alignment of service levels at customer sites;
• Telephone availability for activation of support outside working hours (from 6.00pm to 9.00am, weekends, holidays) for a maximum of twelve (12) interventions in the indicated reference period (1 per month for 12 months);
• The hand-over of incidents occurring outside working hours will be carried out by the service resident, during 8x5 office hours.

Air Traffic Management

• Corrective maintenance with SLA h4 for remote towers with A based Leyard Europe based infrastructure, Skysoft Rec&Replay software.
• Corrective maintenance with SLA h8 on Simulator Room bases on Barco projectors.

Private Sector
Service for Security protection, PdL and Application Management (Microsoft suite, Acrobat, Photoshop ecc). Migration to Remote desktop using thin Client.

Defense Industry Sector

• 24/7 HW management service with Phone call availability for Data center with multi-brand equipment.
• Installation of the new VxRail-based Farm.
• P2V transition.

Public Administration
Corrective and evolutionary maintenance service of the multibrand equipment Server Farm.
The principal equipments are based on Hitachi, Huawey, QSAN, HP, DELL, Cisco, Brocade.

COMET ASSAY applications for reading data from ZEISS microscopes for the analysis of biological samples prepared with various reagents, depending on the ongoing campaign.
